maybe you need to learn the difference between hurting someone (pavlik vs taylor I, rnd 2) and knocking them down when they're off balance (generally poor feet positioning).

taylor is a poor finisher if he had threw one well placed and well timed uppercut instead of a whirlwind of useless power punches he would have decked pavlik and not exhausted himself.

froch vs hopkins might happen because its a fight that i think would appeal to both fghters - no doubt hopkins takes it though by a whitewash.

froch wasn't off balance at all. froch got hurt numerous times badly vs taylor. besides that 1 knockdown taylor didn't hurt pavlik at all. reality hurts!

I honestly didn't see anything in Froch that impressed me. Taylor's proven he's not a finisher. He had more than enough time to take Froch out after the knockdown and he couldn't do it (just like Pavlik). He blows his wad and tries to coast through the rest of the fight.

Froch doesn't necessarily suck, but based off that fight Taylor pretty much handed him the fight on a silver platter. Taylor's officially ham and egger status in my eyes.

chin = froch

but i think the main point in this fight would be kellys defense is better and if froch gets hit by kelly the way taylor did he will put him to sleep. froch should keep his lead hand up and he will have a chance.

last night i was shocked at the way froch would throw that right hand and then totaly miss taylor and be right there to be hit and still have his chin in the air. hands down. i dont know if he took taylor lightly because of the way he would talk about joe.

froch was planted firmly on his ass by a single punch. off balance lol. i think your meds are off balance. pavlik took like ten flush shots from taylor before going down to his knee. great analysis from your british bunker!

Froch has proven to have a very good chin anyone can see that, but your right he wasn't off balance... he was just caught by a good punch in my opinion simple as that. Nothing to be ashamed of all fighters get hit with a very good shot in there career (I am watching it on YT now lol, I fell asleep just before I was gonna go and find a stream).

Nah I would have to give chin to Froch (in my opinion), I just think he has a good chin and nobody can take that away from him... heart I am unsure about so you could be right there...
