gerry penalosa is just one hell of a fighter. took on a younger, bigger, faster, stronger opponent and stood with him to the end and gave some great shots.

Gerry Proved he has one if the best Chins of all time. I agree with Roach, Juanma is not slowing down. So a corner stoppage is justified. If Juanma Shows he was woobled once in a fight then I would say Roach stop it too soon. I know Gerry can finish the fight but without a chance of KO, so it's better off to stop the fight.

Gerry can either retire & be a trainer or keep on fighting the likes of Darchinyan Or Montiel at Bantamweight.

Don't compare Gerry to Margacheto. Gerry doesn't used concrete Padding. Gerry was never been Down in the canvas. Mosley already KOed Cheato.
