He atleast was in a close-draw fight with winky wright which I thought was the right decision that night even though some ppl felt wright won.
It's not his heart to question however. It's the same way with a fighter like Amir Khan. When he lost to Prescott, it's not because of his heart. It's his chin. Not being able to help something, has nothing to do with heart.

Jermain's stamina is simply not where it needs to be. Not an excuse, it's just the way it is. Froch's was and he landed the shots that ultimately mattered, no excuses. Good for him. I'm happy, genuinely, for him.

but please give credit where it is due!!!
froch looked a bit nervous early on especially after he got knocked down!

It's stamina, pure and simple. He gassed around the same time in the Lacy fight and you could see him visibly drop again. Maybe it's a mental thing as much as a physical one.

I know fights where the skillful boxer caves in under the relentless pressure from the pressure fighter, but....let's be honest, how many clean hard punches did Froch land before the 11th round?

He just looked utterly spent and exhausted by the 11th, and I could see a KO coming. But a well-conditioned Taylor is not someone Froch can live with. But whether he stops cutting corners in trainers and addresses the stamina issues is another thing.

I said that to say this... that wasn't a heart problem with Jermain, that was a stamina problem. A stamina problem that led him to getting punched on the jaw, HARD...

Did you see how many shots Jermain took before he went down?

After he got up, he continued to get punched over and over, and he stood there taking them, refusing to go down.. and instead the ref stopped it.

That takes heart to stand there. In my opinion, he just had nothing left in him to throw..

I give major respect to Taylor, I had him winning the fight.. he showed great skills and talent. His stamina led to his downfall in my opinion. I STILL think Jermain has a hell of a chin..

Froch did what he needed to do. He stopped Taylor, point blank. You can't take ANYTHING away from either of these fighters. I am excited about Froch now, because I have seen that he also has heart and a HELL OF A CHIN.. Froch MAKES GOOD ENTERTAINING fights... forget the country ties, forget the biases between nations... Froch makes for great fights, and as an American I can't wait for his next fight..

In my opinion, this doesn't lower Taylors position (that much).. he lost, again.. and by knockout. But He was at AT LEAST a draw going into the 12th IMO... he put up a GREAT fight, and he still has a name. All hope is not lost for Taylor, and Froch has opened a new door to his career.

            GREAT FIGHT!

I was so confused by that. Why reserve your energy when your opponent is so hurt? If he would have jumped on him, he could have at least gotten another KO.

I don't think Froch was nearly KO'd, he just got hit with a flush shot. He was calm when he was on the floor, the first thing he did when he was down there was just have a little scratch of his nose
