I don't think it would become a rivalry since both countries respect each other. It would lead to some great boxing though.

There's no natural rivalries there. Although I did hear Bob Arum saying that he wants to take his fighters to PR for a couple of fights. I'm sure there would be no hate towards the two if they do more pinoys vs boricuas.
