The problem with Taylor despite the obvious work rate problems is fighting as a counter puncher who doesn't counter punches. I'll explain, he will wait for a guy to come in but he doesn't seem to have the timing or ability to counter-punch, specially later in the fights. He will use the jab alright and he can throw good right hands but he will still wait to be hit first and then he fires back.
