yea that was a ridiculous stoppage by roach....but thats freddie's m.o.....if his boys take too much beatting he always throws in the towel prematurally.

Roach is suffering from Parkinsons. He doesn't want that for his fighters. Roach had to convince Gerry. Gerry was starring at roach like he was in disbelief that roach wanted to stop it. Gerry is a humility is greater than his pride and he nodded his head in trust of his trainer.
