There have been barely any elite level black fighters in the lower weight classes in recent years. But if he meant black "style" fighters than yes, Pacquiao has ducked Joan Guzman since 126 (I got sources with quotes from Arum to back it up). Watch the Pac nuthuugers get all sentimental.
