froch always turn up in shape, theres no surprise about that.

This is the best I've seen Froch look. I don't remember him being this ripped.

For the Lacy fight, Taylor weighed just above 167, I think? He was close to the SMW limit.

Taylor looks taller and thicker to me(bigger shoulders and chest, about same arm thickness,) while Froch is definitely more ripped. People that say Jermain is still a MW, well he's had trouble making that weight for a while, looked much better against Pavlik in the rematch, and said he'll never fight at MW again. The first thing I thought when I looked at that pic was wow, I didn't know Taylor had such a size advantage over Froch. He looks clearly bigger to me - taller and thicker.
