Mayweather & Oscar were asking for too much money. EA said if they included both fighters, the would only be able afford 25-30 fighters at the most. So I'm glad they elected NOT to have them if that's the case.

It's a shame Floyd does that, he's missing an opportunity to be immortalized in a possibly great game. Plus, guys don't realize this but boxing games do increase fan bases.

boxing games do increase fan bases for SURE. fight night round 3, is one of the reasons why me, along with a few other family members, have become boxing fans. also the boxing anime/manga Hajime no ippo, surely got us into the sport.

again, a lot of you guys fail to realize EA sports cant AFFORD to have every big time name in the game because certain boxers (::cough:: mayweather ::cough::) demand too much money.

BTW, Chad Dawson is in the game and so is shane mosley. There are still 7-11 spots left so we don't know if Paul Williams, Calzaghe, Kirkland, berto, etc. are not in the game.

I'm with you on Paul Williams though, he definitely should be in the game.
