I don't consider Mayweather a huge draw. Yes, I know he was in the biggest ppv of all time, but what casual sports fan honestly can say they wanted to pay to see him fight again? His fight with Hatton got 850,000 in the US with a 24/7 and he was on Dancing With the Stars, kind of disappointing numbers if you ask me. The Hatton fight was a snoozer and didn't make any new fans for Floyd. After a year off, many hardcore boxing fans are drooling over his return, but the general public has already forgotten about him. Mayweather-Marquez will get under 500K buys if "Mayweather Promotions" is in charge.

      Pac/Hatton TBD

Pac wasn't really as well known here in the states, and they marketed Mayweather/DLH alot more than they did Pac/DLH.

Either way, these two people pairing up for future matches is in line with the way they carry themselves. For them, it's never been about the sport; its always been about the money. They deserve one another
