I'm not saying Tito ducked Quartey, because we know Tito doesn't duck fighters, but Quartey was probably the best or second best WW in the world, in the mid 90s. Quartey was avoided like a mofo, and when Whitaker finally signed to fight him he tested positive for coke, which ****ed things up. And Quartey gave Oscar the hardest fight of his life (prime oscar) while Ike was out for more than a year and rusty.Comment

A coked up Pernell, a Camacho no one cared about anymore, limited brawlers in Campas and Mayorga (who had their moments in their fights) are good wins? Vargas was green and had too much huevos for his own good.
I didn't even mention Floyd's resume cause I think it's weak, too.
Prime Shane @ 147 would've been a hell of a fight. Same with Ike. Oscar fought them both, Tito didn't. It wouldn't have mattered at any other weight.
Campas, Reid are not very high caliber fighters!!!! I'll give you Vargas, he had beaten both Ike and Winky*. And like it or not, Tito looked like a damn amateur against Oscar.
And again, Quatey was never on the radar, after Oscar he lost to Vargas, and disappeard. And Mosley, ****ed himself losing twice to Wiiky!!Comment

that's what a fighter is suppose to do. that's what makes u a great boxer.
tito fought the best, won or lose he fought with the best.
mayweather ducked the best. but his fans beat the fighters for him.
if u don't use all those skills u have against the best what are u? just a boxer with great talent.
listen to me mayweather's fan:
HE IS A GREAT ATHLETE AND MAYBE THE MOST COMPLETE FIGHTER OF THIS ERA BUT WHEN DOES HE'S GONNA PROVE IT AGAINST TOP FIGHTERS??
that's my only complain against him. we are not saying that he's a bum or that he is a bad fighter. he is a great fighter but don't make great fights.
again: MAYWEATHER'S A GREAT FIGHTER JUST NEEDS TO PROVE IT AND QUIT MAKING EXCUSES.Comment

campas is one tough sob. it's not all about skill. toughness means a lot.
that said campas is better skilled than baldomir who floyd got his lineal belt from!
don't underscore the reid win as well. reid was a very talented kid and don't let his record fool you. he won his belt after like 10 pro fights. reid was good. he just had problems with his eye which cut his career short.Comment

About Mosley, I'm saying that fight should've happened in 2000 or early 2001 after Shane beat Oscar, that's when that fight would've mattered the most.Comment
