  • Roach Heads To PR To Back Penalosa Against Juanma

When WBO bantamweight champion Gerry Penalosa lost a twelve round decision to then reigning WBO super bantamweight Daniel Ponce De Leon which some ringside reporters felt was a little controversial, Gerry blamed the absence of trainer Freddie Roach in his corner. Wow, Juanma shouldn't even show up..

the size difference isn't that big. penalosa has a chance to get an upset against the heavily favored lopez.

no doubt, penalosa is the more skilled boxer. he's a master tactician. he can counter-punch and brawl if he wants too.but his biggest advantage is his experience.

Ok, Mr. no doubt, what about putting your points, where your teeth are?

I got 10k on Juanma, straight up, you down or you just clowning around?

ok. you get a deal. but if this fight goes to the scorecard, my bet is off cuz there's no way penalosa will get a fair decision in juanma's backyard.
