    Don't worry pie asses from the other side of the pond, maybe next time a Brit fights an American this formula of yours will work in your favour and then you'll break even.

        Not quite, given that if Taylor had made it past the second KD (which was about to happen, he was falling down) then he would have won on points.

        Also, Taylor wasn't QUITE being touted as the second coming of Tyson.

          I was basing it more on the fact that most of these predictions were shown through ignorance as they clearly didn't give Froch much chance, especially the ones that have only seen him in the Pascal fight.

                The article he is talking about is made up. This was a bait thread. That should be obvious to anyone. Lets not forget Taylor did score a clean knockdown in the fight so a knockout was possible and so was a points victory.

                  Actually, it isn't, it's over at Easts**e. Although it was maybe a 'little' exaggerated by the OP. Even so, here's one of the 'experts';

                  Tim Smith, New York Daily News, (Taylor): “Since I’ve never seen Froch, I can’t say whether it will be difficult or easy, but I can see Taylor outboxing him and winning a decision.’’

                    He was 14 seconds away from being right. I picked Froch by KO anyway.
