    If Taylor...

Comes out against Froch like he did against Pavlik 1, then I think he will win the fight, and maybe by KO. Although Taylor sometimes comes across as timid in the ring, when he smells blood he is like a shark going in for the kill. His jab will be landing on the defenceless Froch all night, setting up his big right hand. While Froch has a great chin, he can be stunned as Pascal proved in his last fight. The only difference is, Pascal didn't have the killer instinct, and measure, to go and finish the job off. Taylor will not have such a problem. If he even senses Froch is a little hurt, he will be on top of him, throwing bombs like he did to Pavlik. The only reason Pavlik survived that onslaught is because he has a decent defence, and had the brains to go into his shell for the rest of the round. Froch doesn't know how to keep his hands up, and it will only take 4-5 big unanswered shots for the referee to stop the fight. It doesn't matter if he hurt or not; referees don't like seeing fighters take too much punishment.

However, there is no guarantee the same Taylor who had Pavlik in so much trouble will show up on the night. Maybe Froch will take his shots with ease. Maybe he can hurt Taylor who was vicously ko'd by a smaller, and arguably lighter puncher in Pavlik. There are a lot of variables in this fight, which make it hard to call.

If I had to put my neck out, I would go for a Froch KO, in the 7th. I don't think Taylor is the same fighter who knocked down Pavlik back in 2007. However, if he does come out steaming from the ears, Froch will know he's in a fight. But I want Taylor to win.

I don't think he should come out blasting like that, he punched himself out after a few rounds of that high paced stuff, his stamina isn't good enough, he needs to find a middle ground between his performance in the first fight and the second fight, being economical with his punches but being aggressive at the same time and knowing what shots to throw at the right time.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think he should come out blasting. But if he hurts Froch by chance early on, then he should go for the kill.

Taylor's performance in the first Pavlik fight wasn't a good performance by Taylor

yeah it did make for a exciting fight but Taylor ended up tiring himself out.

If he fights like he did against Kelly in the second fight then he will win a clear UD.

Taylor will just come out and box conservatively.

He can afford too because he better than Froch. Froch needs Taylor to stand in the trenches and go punch-for-punch. To be fair, if Pascal had a more sensible game plan he might have beaten Froch.

Good luck to Froch, but I'm not sure he is good enough. His chin is obviously world-class, his uppercut if it lands right could knockout a grizzly bear. But that is all you can look at and say: 'Yeah, that's world-class.'

I'm not convinced. This fight can convince me.

I see Taylor almost shutting him out.

He needs to be careful there because he could just end up punching himself out, I'm not saying he shouldn't finish him if he has the chance but he'll have to be careful considering how he can't throw above 50 punches a round without getting winded.

Taylor should win this fight if he trained properly. The key to a Taylor win in my opinion is stamina. He's simply the faster guy and a superior boxer. Looking at their records Taylor has the better resume which if anything just comfirms Taylor has beaten much better fighters. This will be an interesting fight where the only one not walking away a loser is the fans. I'm going to watch to see if a new superstar is born, Froch or Taylor is reborn to rule the Supermiddleweight division. If Taylor wins I expect a big demand for Taylor vs Pavlik III.

Agreed with everything but this part. Pavlik won twice. He just has Jermain's number really. Jermain has a puncher's chance that's it really.

Taylor is going to hurt Froch. I see wide UD or maybe even a late TKO.

I got 50k on Taylor if anyone wants it.
