The N'dou fight is money, but you've already seen it. The Gatti one is pretty tight too.

Ones you haven't seen:
Corley is TIGHT. That fight is more blood and guts that you would have ever expected from Mayweather.
Castillo I is a really entertaining fight... it pisses me off that all anyone talks about is the decision, because they ignore the fact that the fight was so good.
Castillo II is an okay fight to watch.
The Bruseles fight isn't terrible.
Chavez is a pretty good scrap.

That's about it for ones that are enjoyable.
