Kelly Pavlik got lucky against JT because JT was already planning on moving up to SMW, which usually means a fighter is not comfortable at the weight. Miranda? Miranda couldn't finish off Abraham with his literally broken jaw and then my boy Abraham called Miranda bluff in the rematch with a 4th round KO.

So Pavlik got lucky a second time and beat Jermain via decision at 166, two pounds below Super Middleweight? Lets not forget that catch weight was wanted by JT and his team. Your excuses are even worse than boat buyers.

Where was Pavlik's power at 166?
I thought Jermain won that fight...man seriously, you're still on the Pavlik bandwagon?
Let him go up to 168 and fight Jermain at that weight...and the contract already had a rematch clause at 166 by Jermain. You're acting like Jermain wanted to move up because he was beaten, he wanted the contract to have a rematch at 177(more comfortable weight for him) as to say, JT bascially knew his chances were slim at 160.'

        Edit: not 177, 166*

If Jermain is still in contention when Kelly get's there, I'm sure their paths will meet again.

Oh, you mean like the first time they fought where he had him slumped in a corner or you mean the second fight where the "one dimensional" man beat the "better boxer" to solidify his first win? Yeah, I see how you could say something like that. Fail.

Listen you ignorant fool. I was a never on a band wagon. If I was don't you think I would of left after Hopkins mutilated him? I am a fan even if he gets beat by Mora, Abraham on the same night. Taylor was purely defensive in the second fight so a knockout would be unlikely. Pavlik out punched Jermain 2 to 1 and was the pure aggressor throughout the fight. The decision was fair. Jermain didn't complain about. Pavlik got lucky twice and so if he won against Taylor at 168 you would claim luck strikes three times. A rematch at 177 would be insane and that is why it didn't make in the contract. How many more excuses are you going to make????

PW is a legit 160 now.

This fight would be marketable and it is credible. I also think it would be competitive.

PW looks good at 160 and he should stay up there. How the **** he gets down to 147 I have no idea. His bones must be hollow like a bird.
