A tiny thing like this will never get anyone in trouble. They don't do it while someone is throwing punch is their general direction. It's not as if he started reaching down to adjust his glove just as Tszyu was starting to throw a monstrous haymaker is it?
It's just not something that would ever come into play.
Anyway, go check out Gerald McClellan for the weirdest impulse/habit in the history of boxing. That dude had some freaky ****e going on in his head.
