If Williams can make the weight comfortably, he'd probably win but I think light-heavy is too big for him. So, I'll go with chad dawson.

These are two fighters I really like, but I don't think P-Will is gonna be able to hang up @ 175. To be honest, I don't really think that Paul Williams can handle Kelly Pavlik @ 160, so no way he's beatin' Bad Chad.

I really like the both of them as well. I figured if Williams is flirting with the idea of dancing with Hopkins then why not Dawnson, and once again I have to admit, this would be a very interesting fight.

I too can see Dawnson putting the beats to Williams, but with that being said, I think Williams would be tougher then Tarver at this point.
