Taylor's nothing if not honest... saying Calzaghe was smart for questioning his heart and his hunger... hopefully in admitting that Joe's observations were valid, he has corrected those problems.

Only issue I had with anything Taylor said was that he doesn't think this will be the toughest fight of his career... it may not BE the toughest fight of his career, but IMO every fighter should have the mentality that each fight they walk into will be their toughest... he needs to be ready for the hardest fight of his life, both physically and mentally, whether that's what he is presented with or not.

Well I think he mentioned Calzaghe yesterday for a good reason. he was outlining his struggle to get to where he is and the kind of fighters he had to face (some outweighing him by over 20lbs) yet still wasn't granted a shot at Calzaghe's crown.

I think Jermain is taking Froch more seriously than he says. Maybe he's just trying to get into Froch's head and I think it might be working.
