pac's the one coming up in weight so i say the win for hatton would be better for boxing because if that happens then pacquiao can just use the excuse of him not being big enough for lww and go back down to lw and still have big fights. Whereas hatton will move on to over big fights himself against jmm or the best at lww/ww.

If pac win's then we will probably get a mismatch between floyd and pac which floyd will win and retire yet again without having to take a proper challenge at ww. Whereas the loss for hatton will probably result in him retiring.

hatton does'nt want anyhing to do in WW.he struggled bad vs collazo( he lossed to the eyes of some people)and he's not even one of the best.ww is just too much for hattonIMO!floyd vs pac is the real mega fight!

i wouldnt rule out a Cotto Hatton fight at about 144 if Hatton wins.
Hatton would have no problem giving it a go, especially if he has a slight edge in making Cotto drop a few pounds.

Cotto wont fight at 144. he made it Clear, to Pacquiao and the other guys, that if they fight its at 147, because he cant fght any lower.

And do to hatton already fighting at WW, a 144 cathweight sounds ridiculoud!!!!!!!!

I say Hatton because it opens up more options. He wont be a washed up past prime fighter. He could try and take on the top WW.

I want Hatton to win for different reasons... but Pacquiao win is better for Boxing as he has more potential to go on and do more, that's why I wont be too disheartened if Pacquiao takes it.
