I'd say he is the best P4P anyway, but really, we don't know where Floyd is at right now so he'll have to prove himself again. If he fights and beats JMM, and Hatton beats Pac, next up for Floyd is Cotto or Mosley to prove himself. If he beats Cotto or Mosley, yeah, I would say he is P4P #1.
