Trinidad hasn't been in much shape for a long time even before the hopkins fight he came all out of shape and barely threw punches.. He just doesn't want to move down to a lower weight class because its not easy for him now. hopkins has had most advantages against the bigger names he has faced. they all moved up to fight him. He mostly lost to boxers from his own weight division.
how come no one acknowledges the fact that the "names" hopkins beat, that were moving up in weight, how come no one mentions the fact that those guys were dropping 30+lbs to fight where they were beating everyone up?????? and becoming great????

fact, it's harder to stay at one weight than it is to move up in weight, and guys that move up in weight are moving up to their normal size, their walking around weight, or at least close to it!!!!!!!!

Hopkins barely moves from weight. Its not like Trinidad was in the same shape he was before. when guys barely throw punches that just proves they're out of shape or not ready to go up in weight so fast. Harder to stay at one weight? your're kidding me, thats not true. theres always a limit or else everyone will all get to be fat and out of shape. Its bad to move up and go down in weight especially to do it in a small amount of time.
