I predicted Hatton getting KO'd in the 10th, which happened. I think Floyd had the KO in any round of that fight he wanted it. HOWEVER, he was not very aggressive and threw many, many elbows and ducked below the waistline. Notice that I didn't criticiize Floyd for doing a lot of clinching. I thought it was genius for him to beat hatton at his own game and throw his rhythm off. It is likely that Cortez could have deducted 2 points from Floyd he would have stopped cheating and finished Hatton off anyway. It is less likely but possible that Hatton would have been less frustrated at having an elbow in his mouth the whole fight and not been as careless. I just want a fair fight, thats all.
