Best UNDERCARD fight of all time?

What are some really classic fights that took place on the undercards of much bigger attractions that totally got outshined by the undercard?

Carl Thompson vs Chris Eubank 1 was on the undercard of a naseem hamed fight, it was one of the best british fights of all time, and 2nd best ever cruserweight fight behind qawi vs evander 1. If you havent seen it, its a must watch, i think its on you tube

It didn't outshine the main event, but on the undercard of Oscar-SWEET PEE,Micky Ward was fighting an undefeated Mexican fighter, last name Sanchez.Ward was getting worked over,he didn't land more than 20 punches over about 7 rounds, then 2 body shots in about the 8th,Sanchez crumbled,it was the most amazing comeback I'd ever seen!!!

Wait, if I remember correctly, B-Hop vs Mercado II, was that an undercard? If so, then B-Hop vs Mercado II

I don't think it outshined the main event because the main event was a great fight too but Arce-Hussein 1 was on the undercard of Morales-Pacquiao 1 and it was a great fight, arguably better than the main event.

Wilfredo Gomez vs Lupe Pintor was on the undercard of Hearns-Benitez, underrated classic.

Recently, Viloria-Solis and Molina vs Vinan Soto.
