none of the fighters you listed really use the peek-a-boo style.
The style of those fighters you mention emulate the defensive style of European boxers more than the true "peekaboo" that was thought by Cus D'Amato.
The style of the fighters mentioned are more Brazilian ear muff type - the kind to just take the punches on the gloves instead of using body and head movement to evade.
For instance, Winky's fight against Tito. The guy just kept the earmuffs on and blocked Tito's shots all night. I don't remember him slipping anything.
