Marquez, Pacquiao or Hatton (rematch)? Cos something tells me that if Floyd lost and lost his unbeaten record against a regular under 147 pounder, they would jump ship faster than Barrack ***** says the word 'Change'. We all know Floyd will never fight a proper 147 pounder like Cotto or Mosley but if he lost to one of the smaller guys which he will more than likely face, something tells me that Paul Williams would all of a sudden gain many many more fans.
Would PBF Fans Still Love Their "Dream Boat" Floyd If He Lost To....

Well if your definition is to make your name off of fighting guys who made their name at lower weight classes then Marvin Hagler is your guy. Unlike Floyd, Hagler didn't even work his way up through the weight classes. He started out higher and just waited for lightweights and welterweights to move up to middleweight and he would NEVER agree to a catchweight or short money.Comment

Oh right so now people are trying to piss on Hagler's legacy in order to enhance Floyd's. Seriously just fucking stop and admit your boy is a ***** for not taking on a proper WW in the form of Cotto or Mosley (who along with PBF also both started at lower weight classes, so there really is NO excuse)Well if your definition is to make your name off of fighting guys who made their name at lower weight classes then Marvin Hagler is your guy.
