Bunce wasn't talking about skill, age, ducking anyone or who Dawson wants to fight; he was saying that Chad doesn't attract a big audience. That's a statement of fact, (although he might have put it a little more kindly), not 'hate'. But it's why B-Hop won't fight him, and why Calzaghe didn't fight him. Risk v. reward.

Isn't Bunce that xenophobe who called all American heavyweights cowards? I can't believe he actually has his own TV show. The man knows **** all about boxing and just spews nationalistic nonsense whenever he can.

I'm no the biggest fan of the guy, to be honest. He said once that Froch/Pascal should be the fight of the year, as opposed to Cotto/Margarito, Marquez/Pacquiao, Marquez/Vazquez. That, is biased. No two ways about that.

He can be obnoxious and he has a tendancy to say a guy like Dawson or Jermain Taylor is a hype job or something to that effect, yet will back pretty much any British fighter in any fight. VIRTUALLY, not all the time.

He can be alright, but he can be a bit too much, aswell.

For the record, while he MAY be right about Dawson, he's saying it to defend Calzaghe, to let people know the reason Calzaghe wouldn't risk it/test himself against Dawson. So, it's not that he's just stating a fact. He's stating a fact in a way that defends a fighter he's baised for.

because UK ppl hate on the American fighters but yet claim that it is the Americans that are hating on them.

Calzaghe was FAR less of a draw 7 years ago then Dawson is now so, using that excuse is hypocritical considering that Jones and Hopkins fights didn't happen cuz Calzaghe was a nobody but Dawson is still far more than Calzaghe was when the Hopkins fight was called off.

he's more of a hype man than respected pundit really... take what he says with a pinch of salt and i'm sure you can see the entertainment value
