Same with Rahman before he started as a pro:
James Braddock can get a mention.
Frazier was legally blind in one eye and his "good" eye might not have been that good.
I think Sam Langford was the same with Frazier with basically fighting blind.
How about Kostya Tszyu: he had 3 serious injuries that needed surgery and was counted out many times. Long bouts of inactivity.
At least a mention worthy.
