Classed as a tune-up fight, you seriously expect him to get in the ring with either Cotto or Mosley after an 18 month layoff? If you do it basically tells me your biased... nothing wrong with taking a warm up fight to brush up skills and take ring rust away, it just wont be much of a legacy enhancing win if he beat Marquez... just a good name on his resume.

Pacquiao made De La Hoya quit yeah... but at Welterweight, where you could tell De La Hoya wasn't properly hydrated, he was a zombie that night, Floyd fought him at 154 where he was outweighed by 10+lbs, I think it was a great win by Pacquiao but there is no point in trying to discredit Floyd's wins. Like I say... why do you care so much when it is a tune-up fight to take off any rust?

Marquez lost his first fight by disqualification to Javier Duran, and also lost to Freddie Norwood before fighting John... does that make Marquez there leftovers?
