Lmao, I can understand when he like slows down and takes his time but there's parts where he just goes off like a jet and that's where i lose him.

Same here. I live and breathe Puerto Rico (I live here, lol). But seriously, sometimes he just talks too quick and since Puerto Rican spanish uses a lot of cutting and blending, it just makes it a mess to translate sometimes. :S

BTW, Tito's not punch drunk. He's always talked like that. High voice, talks fast and isn't articulate when it comes to pronouncing his words, he just talks really fast and it's sometimes hard to understand him.
