Yeah Floyd was fighting at 130 what? 12 years ago? DLH came up from 130, do you think a prime Oscar (yes Floyd is still prime) would be a fair fight with JMM? The Oscar that fought Mosley the first time would literally kill Marquez.

JMM called Floyd out, sure, from 135. Do you honestly think he planned on jumping two more weight classes to fight a guy that was p4p #1 last year?

yeah, I think jmm was willing to fight pbf at a catchweight between 147 and 140.

Hatton is a 140 fighter, he wanted Mayweather at 140, floyd said no. He asked for a catch-weight, Floyd said no.

Now floyd wants to bring an even smaller fighter up to 147, it's sad.

Well Marquez was getting stung by a light hitting LW in his last fight, so either he's getting punchy, or he doesn't mind having his brains beat in for one last record payday. I guess I won't care as long as Floyd doesn't kill him, and after this fight Floyd takes a real challenge, like Paul Williams, but I have serious doubts the latter will ever happen.

It won't, he'll either fight Pacquiao who will look great if he beats Hatton or if Hatton wins he'll make Hatton fight at 147 again and get the ring made bigger like he did the last time.

actually I think floyd won't fight hatton, but he'll fight mosley instead. floyd already burned that bridge.

Well he won't do that until 2010, if at all. I'd love to see him fight Cotto, but the thought of a 39 year old Mosley, who'll probably be struggling to make WW by then, doesn't get me all that excited.

Floyd will take the rematch if offered, you already know the reason why. But, he'll be a scared *** and make it at 147 again.
