Wlad offered Toney a 3.2 million to fight him. TOney never responded to it, this is like when Wlad just beat Brock, almost ancient history.

And the guy could not lay a glove on Wlad until Wlad was absolutely gassed in the first fight, and just could not lay a glove on Wlad in the second.

BTW, not many people know, but Brewster actually lander more punches on Wlad in the second fight then in the first.
