  • Could Carl Froch be the next Mischa Barton?

I'm not talking about having a pretty face, but not that nice of a body (Froch is the other way around).

Mischa Barton is English, but is a lot more well known in America than in the UK. Froch-Taylor will be seen by around 1 million Americans, but hardly anyone in the UK will see it.

If Froch beats Taylor, it'll be by KO (can't see him taking a decision). This would give him a pretty big popularity boost, and would perhaps mean that he gets a big money offer to fight on HBO against a top name.

Unlike the Eubank/Benn/Watson/Collins era, there is no domestic rival for Froch, so he'll likely be fighting US-based opposition anyway.

Hatton, Calzaghe, Hamed and others have had some US popularity, but have always gotten even more attention in the UK. Could Froch be the first to get more love from the Yanks than from the Limeys?

Probably, but your post isn't addressing the question at all.

Lots of Americans give credit to UK boxers. Sometimes the people on here do not, but they are a minority.

most americans dont give british boxers credit at all....and i think its a majority of americans fans dont imo....and i happen to be from the states, but love british boxing.....but its sad how most yanks are disrespectful.....froch would need a dynamic ko over taylor to get even a little respect from americans.

Mischa Barton aka Melissa Cooper was waaaaaaay overated. She was tall and super anorexic thin no asss or titiez, looked like a mature olsen twin on heroin.

Summer aka Rachel Bilson now that was a nice piece of asssssss son

also that girl Taylor wasnt too shabby either

and that other blonde lesbian was even better than Melissa Cooper

yeah righ, the majority of Americans never give respect to brittish boxers. infact I would even say they hate brits, they are to anglo and xeno-phobic to ever give credit to them.
