When did Cotto offer Mayweather a fight??

If he does fight JMM at 147, JMM does NOT HAVE to weigh in at 147.
JMM can weigh in at 141 and Floyd at 147. Fight night JMM adds like 5 pounds while PBF adds 1 or 2 pounds. JMM will be around 146 fight night while PBF will be 148. It’s a close fight size wise

Read before posting. I am not talking about Cotto. I am talking about PBF stating in the past his feelings about Arum and if he wants to fight Pac, then PBF is going to eat his own shi-t.The fact that Arum rather have PAC fight Cotto than PBF has nothing to do with PBF or Cotto been a ***** like you stated.
