You think Hatton improved under FMS?

During 24/7 episode 2 Moore and Roach were watching tapes of Hatton. They said Hatton was overrated, he always go back to his old ways, and he didn't learn that much with Mayweather. Of course it takes time for a boxer to adjust to a new trainer. Do you think Hatton can show something new that may surprise Pacquiao?

I think Graham was holding Hatton back, (I mean he was using a body bag for the Mayweather fight), of course Hatton has to be grateful for Graham, but Hatton should of dropped Graham as a trainer years ago.

In the sense that Hatton's desire to train harder with the change of trainer, I think yes. I'm still not convinced after the Malignaggi fight his style has changed/improved much.

i think hatton has improved slightly....i still think his big weakness is defense....i think hatton has made improvements in his speed/quickness...head movement, some defensive improvements, and seems to have much more controlled agression.....

I think this is going to be manny's problem i nthis fight there thinking that once manny hits hatton, ricky will resort back to his old style....I think its clearly the other way around...I think oce manny feels the power of a true 140 fighter...manny will walk into ricky's trap, and mmany will go back to his old style.

So wait, they are judging Hatton after 5/6 weeks with a new trainer after years of Billy Graham. I think it would take more than one training camp to judge the effects of Mayweather Snr.

One thing from the last fight that no-one predicted, Hatton actually outboxed Malignaggi.

We saw improvements in his last fight as opposed to his Mayweather and Lazcano performances. The level of opponent wasn't great, but Hatton still had a better mind set and used his brain alot more - more jab, more headmovement, less clinching. That was only after a few weeks with Mayweather Snr. After this training camp of 8 weeks combined with the previous learning experience, he will show more improvements. He will still be aggressive and forward moving, but I think with much more thought, better speed and accuracy etc.

i think mayweathers improved hatton. He has obviously learned new tricks of the trade. The training routine mayweathers *****g him through compared to grahams seems to be more high tech abd punishing. Instead of whacking away at the body bag for 15 rounds, now mayweather will have him wacking away with combinations on the pads. And watching the malignaggi fight hattons obviously using his ring smarts and brain more than before, Using his jab alot more.
Pacquiaos in for a shock, so is ****Roach

As Roach and Moorer said in 24/7 episode 2..he goes back to his old ways once he gets tired, so no, not really, i mean..he was getting tired against Malignaggi in round 5, and Paulie wasn't hitting him..
