Will Floyd ever fight a prime world-class welterweight?

What's with all these polls all of a sudden..So not only is he picking on a much smaller man in Juan Manuel Marquez, he's forcing him to fight at 147, when the most he's ever fought at was 135.
If he needs to fight at 147, why doesn't Floyd choose an opponent who prefers that weight, instead of choosing an opponent from a smaller weight division?
Anyways.. I think if PBF sees the numbers he likes he would fight SSM.Comment

At this rate i don't see it happening.
A Marquez fight shouldn't even be in Mayweather plans.
Marquez is a small lightweight. Mayweather is a welterweight. If Mayweather isn't willing to go anywhere near 140 then the fight should be forgotten about.
I remember Mayweather fans telling me 140 was no problem for Mayweather because he is a "small" welterweight? Doesn't seem to be the case now.
And i don't care if Marquez called Mayweather out. Plenty of other fighters (including actually welterweights) have and i don't see them getting a shot.Comment

I was talking more about the Roy Jones fight. And also how he was unable to dominate Hopkins or even give him a rematch as many boxing fans had Hopkins winning the fight.Comment
