          There's a number of devices and procedures that determine an accurate power punch. They had a special on I believe the Discovery Channel that had Fedor Emilienenko and Bas Rutten who both with hit close to 700-800lbs (maybe more if Im not mistaken) of pressure on this machine that calculates accuracy and power, but both are big solid dudes (no ****)
