I think Williams knocks him out. Too much movement and activity for Angulo who likes to engage too much. His chin is solid but I think if Williams chips at it for 12 rounds he finishes him.

Angulo is tailor made for Williams. Angulo doesn't have a defense and Williams got a good chin and will be too fast for him.

Watch Williams/Margarito. Margarito and Angulo are good friends and they have the same style, Margarito is better than Angulo though and look what Williams did to him. Yeah styles make fights but Margarito=Angulo, same style.
