JMM is not the right type of fighter to beat Floyd at this point of his career. Floyd is getting old and slowing down he needs someone young and super high pressure and high output, not another old slowing guy like JMM who Floyd will easily pick apart with his unmatched ring intelligence. Look for Floyd to pick this guy apart at distance and toy with him.

Usually when people mention ring intelligence they usually mention JMM so what are you talking about. In terms of ring intelligence I would give that edge to JMM simply because he's actually fought other smart boxers. Floyd has made a career busting up face first boxers and usually avoids techically skilled boxers who know how to use the ring.
