Lacy isn't p-will. Lacy fought nobody before stepping into the ring with calzaghe. and after calzaghe, he got beat by nobodies(I count some of his gift decisions as losses).

p-will on the other hand has thoroughly dismantled winky and margarito and phillips who were all top of their respective divisions whether they are great or not.

P-will hasn't fought incredibly great fighters yet but you can't really say that he hasn't fought anyone.

Sucks how so many people believe in Mosley beating Williams(including me) but he doesn't think so. Would be a great win for Mosley because that'll be two "Most Feared fighters" down in a row. C'mon Mosley take the fight for your fans, Arum is thinking of leaving you out in the Pacquiao sweepstakes anyways...

AA. I think Pwill beats everybody at 147-154. But at 160, AA or Pavlik would KO him. I could see him beatin Pavlik more than AA tho.

Two of them aren't on this list... Cory Spinks (a guy who arguably beat Jermain Taylor at MW) and Sergio Martinez (not that I would pick him, but it would take movement to convincingly beat him, not punchers and Martinez falls under that category).

I give Pavlik, Abraham, Mosley and Dzinziruk chances of beating him, the rest I'd pick Williams without much of a second thought.

Thoroughly dismantled Margarito? He hardly beat him at all and if it wasn't for Margarito starting so slowly he absolutely would have lost that fight. He won by the skin of his teeth. There was no dismantling going on at all. Apart from that only Wright is better than anyone that Lacy had fought up to the similar point is each career and Wright had been coming off a draw, a loss and a two year lay off.

He's good, but he is not better or any further on that Lacy was before he got beaten by Calzaghe. In fact Lacy was even more hyped than Williams. Williams has already been beaten by a guy half his size and has shown weaknesses whereas Lacy had looked like an absolute monster to everyone and was actually unbeaten.

I think people are forgetting that Williams has already been beaten. His style has already been 'exposed' so to speak, although I don't think he was exposed, he was just beaten by the better fighter on that night. There are a lot of guys that could beat him. He ain't that spectacular.

The guy with the best chance is Kelly Pavlik. Paul won't give him constant movement and counters like Hopkins and his very hittable; especially when someone throws more than 1 punch at a time. Pavlik throws upto 60-80 punches a round with good power that Williams has never faced. Paul can take a good shot, but not over and over from someone like Pavlik.

There's a blueprint on Williams that Quintana exposed that can't be done by just anyone. Mosley threw 60-80 punches against Margarito and was stronger than Marg; he'd be able to employ the movement and tactics to win clearly. Williams would be weight drained too so he won't be as strong as he was against Winky.

Kelly Pavlik and Arthur Abraham are the obvious ones, Williams is a handful but he just might fall get blown away by these two.
At 154? There are guys who stand a good chance. Dogfighters like Angulo and Kirkland would be problematic for him because they can crack and would try to walk through his flurries.

Paul Williams can be very dominant at 147 and 154 but at 160 he doesn't have that pop 2 knock some1 out and although he throws over 1000 punches a fight how would he react 2 the power of a Pavlik or Abraham? That remains 2 be seen!
