Oscar De La Hoya is a WARRIOR AND A LEGEND. Appreciation Thread.
He is a warrior. Look at his resume. Even though he hasn't won all his fights, his resume still looks better than any fighter living today.... look at the list of legendary PRIME fighters that he has faced...

shane mosley (Oscar won one of them.... steroids by mr. mosley. moreover, a 37 year old mosley knocked out the IRON CHIN FREAK MARGARITO. Oscar took some great shots from various fighters like mosley, vargas, mayweather etc. and never went down. OSCAR HAS A BETTER CHIN THAN MARGARITO and doesn't use plaster of paris to knock his opponents out)
bernard hopkins (anyone would go down with a liver shot. besides, gotta give Oscar respect for fighting a much bigger guy)

floyd mayweather (Oscar was out of his prime. Freddie roach:"Oscar can't pull the trigger anymore)
manny pacquiao (Oscar was out of his prime and dehydrated and in Freddie's words "can't pull the trigger anymore" "saw the IV marks")
among many others. his fights were always exciting. he packed arenas. shattered PPV records. Champion in 6 different weight divisions.
