He sparred with Carlos De Leon Jr at Top Rank gym last year and looked incredibly good apparently.

A lesson to all here, don't belive what you read in the papers - the contents of the original story contradict what their trying to say anyway!
I've been working for a few property developers over the years in Brighton and have had various dealings with him and his associates. No two ways about it, Eubank is a bit of a knob but overall not a bad bloke.
He was made bankrupt in Nov 2005 and discharged the following year. Hes not been a bankrupt for over 3 years now.
A much more intelligent guy than people give him credit for - believe me Eubank is not skint. Rumour has it his money and assets where transferred where nobody could get to them. Also, the ex wife is very very well off and the timing of the divorce in relation to his bankruptcy was no coincidence! The Eubanks own loads of property in and around Brighton and also made a tidy sum out of the devoplment to build flats on the old family home.
He still drives that big truck (when hes not banned) which costs £1200 to fill up with petrol and £15,000 a year to insure. A couple of weeks back he was staying at a £500 a night hotel in London. He spends 3 nights a week at £150 an night hotel in Brighton - this is not a man who is watching the pennies!
If it wasn't for what happened in the Watson fight I think Eubank would have been a truly great boxer. Still a great and entertaining fighter but clever with some of his opponents and for me lost that KI after the Watson fight. Knob or not, you cant take it away from he provided great entertainment. I watched him spar at a gym in Brighton a couple of years ago or so - certainly not in the shape he was when he fought but honestly he was still different class.

Eubank has a lot of money in foreign bank accounts in Moscow and Egypt, I have it on good authority, and is in the nucleas stages of starting a few importing businesses.
He had plenty of possessions to sell and put them in high-interest savings accounts in America and Dubai.
I have it on authority.
(not ****ing about)
