Right now Juanma would beat him. Gamboa needs a few more fights, but even then I would give Juanma a good chance of beating him.

Timing can often trump speed and Juan Manuel Lopez has excellent timing. Watch a few of his fights that aren't 1st round knockouts, the guy has a knack for placing punches at a spot before his opponent even knows what's coming.
