Khan's management are taking this gamble because they don't think Kotelnik can punch. It's true that Kotelnik doesn't have a reputation as a puncher but it's mostly because he has no "killer instinct", he doesn't go after his opponents even after hurting them. If he catches Khan flush, anything can happen with Khan's chin.
Witter is a decent boxer. People count him out because of the Bradley loss but Bradley has since gone onto become a very good fighter. The problem is that Witter is too old for a fighter of his style.

and yeah i agree about witter, hes like 34 now huh? naseem used that same brendan ingle style and he was on the slide by 28, you just need superb reflexes to do it
