    gratest brawlers ever...

theres always threads asking for the best technical fighters & stuff but not brawlers/sluggers... its about time one should be made i think...

brawlers are always underrated... few of them gets inside the HOF...

yet, they are the most exciting fighters out there & they are generally the reason why fans (specially) the casual fans flock in to the stadiums to watch mayhem unfold...

they make pure boxers look good generally, but they slaughter them once in a while...

with that, who do u think are the greatest brawlers ever?

for me... gatti comes to mind... he was the draw in his fight against floyd jr when floyd was still in superstar/popularity limbo...

his blood brother micky ward is another...

bobby chacon... bazooka limon... jorge barrios...

my knowledge pre 90s are quite limited... is lamotta one of them?

    who are yours?
