Margarito..the next 'gatekeeper' of the Welterweight Division??

Assuming AM boxes again..in Mexico OR the US.. anyone think he can win back a title..or after all those wars and controversy, will he be relegated to "gatekeeper" status for the young lions looking to make a name??
