Adjusted for population, America has one of the lowest and most pisspoor/pathetic percentages for athlete 'superiority', in boxing or otherwise.

Per capita adjustment in the last olympics showed that even Russia had won more medals than America per capita, as did many other countries like Greece, etc.

In boxing, per capita America is one of the worst current nations judging by the size of their total population and the corresponding amount of boxers/champs they have.

Considering Russia is so freaking poor it only takes one champion to shoot her to the top of the per capita champions list.

per capita doesn't mean money you moron it means per person, i.e. per population. Meaning if russia has 100 people in its population and won 10 medals that's the equivalent of 1 medal for every 10 people, if u.s. has 200 people and won 10 medals that's equivalent to 1 medal for every 20 people.

Russia is the 11th most populous country in the world but has the 8th strongest/richest economy by GDP so it's not that poor at all.
