Great video. I liked Hopkins years ago in his middleweight days, but slowly got pissed of by him as he got older (getting more defensive,and generally not liking the way he came across). Nice to see a reminder of why I liked him.

I tried to do something similar once (only about football or soccer depending on where u live) and gave up so I know how hard it is, fair play for sticking at it until u got it right. I gave up before I made much progress!

More props to ya! I wouldn't have the slightest clue how to do that but I already watched it 2 times with a couple rewinds. That counter to Tarver's uppercut was NASTY!!!!!!. I wish there was more footage out there of bhop working in the gym. Sepcifically shadowboxing and calesthetics like situps, pullups, weight training. He is in the best shape and is a textbook boxer to the nth degree.
