If Oscar did take one last fight, what match up would have been a big win for him that he could have pulled a meaningful final win out of?

No fight he coulda taken at this point woulda been big or meaningful. Seemed to me the only fight that people woulda been remotely interested in was Chavez Jr, and I wouldn't call that big or meaningful.
