My money would be on Williams to win farely easy.

Whilst Williams is a very good fighter,I am reluctant to back against Floyd.The annoying ****.er has a habit of winning every fight I want to see him lose! Intriguing fight though,and in all reality Floyd should be fighting light middleweights or welterweights should he come back.

Busy doesn't win fights. Williams would be hitting a lot of air against Mayweather and would look like an amatuer.
